Please include if you are seeking a replacement, a refund or an exchange. A customer service officer will contact you to discuss your request. Please note: * Returns are not permitted on sale or discounted items or promotional giveaways. * Products are defective only if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing defect can be demonstrated. * We, in our sole discretion, will determine whether a product is defective.
