* Payments of cancelled orders will be refunded by the same method that payment was received. Please refer to our refund policy for
further details.
* All orders must make an acceptable payment before items will be dispatched. Once this has occurred products will be dispatched within
2 working days or as otherwise specified at time of ordering.
* We recommend that you take the time to review all purchase(s) carefully before completing the checkout process. Once an order is
confirmed, you will be unable to cancel or change it.
3. Delivery
* Delivery times are estimates only and subject to factors out of the control of Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd
* We will not be held accountable for late, lost or damaged deliveries.
* Please ensure you enter your delivery address correctly. Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd will not be held responsible for incorrectly
entered delivery addresses.
* We reserve the right to use third party packing and transport companies for the packaging and delivery of your products. Only your

4. Acceptance of Products
* It is the buyers responsibility for checking the goods for faults and/or defects and notifying us within 7 days of receiving the goods
should there be any issues.
5. Pricing and Payment
* Prices are subject to change without notice.
* All prices of products, delivery and other charges are in Australian Dollars and will include GST where applicable.
* All payments must be received in full prior to dispatch of your products
* Payment options and details are provided at the point of making payment
* If payment is declined or we do not receive your payment, the order will not be shipped
6. Promotions and Sales
* Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd may from time to time run promotions, events, competitions and/or discounts on certain products,
purchases and purchase combinations. These are offered at our absolute discretion.

7. Warranties
* All Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 60 days from
the date of purchase. Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd will therefore replace or repair (at our discretion) any Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty
Ltd product that is defective. Where items display an expiry date Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd will only warrant the unopened product
up to the indicated expiry date. These are the only conditions covered by Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd warranty. No other warranties
are expresses or implied.
* The warranty does not cover:
- breakage due to wear and tear,
- improper use
- intentional breakage
- normal wear and tear
- abuse (this includes dropping, exposure to heat, sun, cold or other elements outside the specification provided on the
product labels)
* Jack Reed Barber Shop Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss or damage, direct or consequential arising out of the use or
inability to use this product. Before use, the user must determine the relevant product for their needs and assume all risk and
liability in connection with using the prodcut
